These Terms of Service govern the use of the The Yes Culture website and any services provided by The Yes Culture including vehicle casting, sourcing, coordination, and production support. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these terms.

SERVICES

The Yes Culture provides production vehicle services including vehicle sourcing, casting, coordination, and on set vehicle support for film, television, music, commercial, and fashion productions. We do not operate as a consumer vehicle rental service.

All services are provided for professional production use only.

BOOKINGS AND AGREEMENTS

All bookings require written confirmation and may require a deposit. Project scope, vehicle availability, pricing, and scheduling will be confirmed prior to service.

Changes to scope, time, or vehicles may result in additional charges.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing accurate production details including dates, locations, crew size, driving requirements, stunts, and usage.

Any damage, misuse, or unauthorized operation of vehicles during a production is the responsibility of the client.

VEHICLE USE

Vehicles may only be used for the specific project and scenes agreed upon. Subleasing, unauthorized drivers, or use outside of the agreed production scope is prohibited.

The client assumes full responsibility for any fines, tickets, damage, or claims arising during vehicle use.

LIABILITY

The Yes Culture is not responsible for delays, production interruptions, or losses caused by weather, location restrictions, crew actions, or third party services.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost production time or revenue.

INSURANCE

Clients must maintain appropriate production insurance including vehicle and liability coverage. Proof of insurance may be required before vehicles are released.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations within a defined window may result in forfeiture of deposits. Cancellation terms are confirmed per project.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and branding is the property of The Yes Culture and may not be used without permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Yes Culture operates.
